I help creative industry professionals recognise their talents and strengths so they
can enjoy success and thrive.
COACHING
For anyone who would like help with their professional or personal life, or would just appreciate a safe and confidential space in which to decompress.
Free 50-minute Discovery Sessions available: Monday to Friday, at 12pm or 1pm GMT.
Online sessions are offered via Zoom, Phone, or WhatsApp.
ABOUT ME
I thrive off helping people succeed. I am a music industry professional with 20 years of experience in business development, music recognition technology, anti-piracy, sales, and events.
Alongside my full time job I've mentored on The Ivors Academy and Help Musicians Music Creators Mentoring Programme and I'm studying to qualify as a coach so I help others more.
I am enthusiastic about personal development, mental health, mentoring and generally helping others. I hold a BSc in Sociology from the University of Southampton, and a Masters degree in the History of Ideas from Birkbeck College, University of London.
MUSIC INDUSTRY
I’m presently Regional Manager at the Association For Electronic Music (AFEM), the global trade body for the genre. I founded AFEM’s Protect Mental & Physical Health for Fans & Professionals, and AFEM’s Green Initiatives working groups in 2017 and 2019 respectively.
I sit on advisory boards for Brighton Music Conference,
Help Musicians UK, and UK Live Music Group.
MENTAL HEALTH
Helping educate our industry on mental health is a personal passion.
I speak out on the subject often in media and at events. This flows from my own challenges with anxiety, dyslexia, insomnia and ADHD. I am a qualified Mental Health First Aider.
SPEAKING OUT
I’m regularly a featured speaker at conferences around the globe like the International Music Summit Ibiza, Paris Electronic Week, and Most Wanted Music Berlin. I'm also frequently asked for comment in leading music media like BBC Newsbeat, Billboard and DJ Mag.
